With constant communication with valuers, solicitors, and everyone else involved, we were able to complete the loan way before the 28 day deadline at a rate of 0.89% pm at 75% LTV. We designed the facility with drawdowns funded in arrears to cater for the variability of works.

The client required funding to support the auction purchase and refurbishment of a 4 bed house in Reading.
