We worked closely with all parties to understand our borrower's requirements and tailor an appropriate solution. We designed a facility that incorporated 100% of the remaining cost of works in tranches at a rate of 0.99% per month.

The client had a part-complete development which was reaching the end of its development finance term. They therefore required funds to refinance their current lender and finish works on all 5 properties.
