We discussed the case at length with the client and crafted a 15-month loan, complete with drawdowns totaling £775,000. This solution fit their needs perfectly and allowed them to begin work right away. 

Our client owned a plot of land in Bury St. Edmunds with planning permission to construct 6 semi-detached houses. They were in need of a facility that would allow them the time and resources to complete the project to a high standard.

It's really satisfying to see our products used to expand the housing opportunities in areas outside of London. In this case, we're delivering 6 fantastic living spaces to a great part of the country.
