The client sought funds to convert a commercial property into 3 modern apartments, whilst retaining the commercial unit on the ground floor. 

Although they are inexperienced, the borrower's vision for this site shows real promise. Our simple and efficient way of working gave the client the confidence and resources necessary to achieve a great result.
